Why AI training is now mandatory
Legal obligation since February 2025
Art. 4 EU AI Act requires everyone working with AI in the company to have sufficient AI literacy – appropriate to their role and the context of use.
Less risk in daily work
Trained staff recognise the limits of AI, do not enter sensitive data into external tools (“shadow AI”) and know when a human must review.
Evidence for customers and auditors
Individual certificates document who completed which training – one building block of your AI governance evidence.
Four modules for four target groups
Every role needs different skills. Modules can be booked individually or as a complete programme.
EU AI Act fundamentals
Management / C-level
Regulatory overview, provider vs. deployer obligations, liability & governance structures.
Technical compliance
Engineering teams
High-risk requirements (Art. 9–15), technical documentation, HITL patterns, robustness & CRA.
Responsible AI & bias detection
Data scientists
Bias detection & mitigation, fairness metrics, explainability (XAI), post-market monitoring.
AI governance for business units

How the training works
Clarify needs
We identify which roles work with AI in your company and which applications are in use – this determines the right selection of modules.
Role-based training
Content is aligned with your actual AI applications and the obligations of each role.
Prove competence
Every participant receives an individual certificate, documenting compliance with Art. 4.
For IT consultancies and system houses
Offer the AI literacy programme to your own clients – as an additional building block per project. On request, we certify your consultants through co-training.
See the partner model- Additional revenue per client project
- Partner consultant certification (co-training)
- Under your name, with your margin
Note: The training does not replace legal advice. The certificate confirms participation and the content covered; it is not an official certification.
